Letter from the CPIA presidency. Elektro Kroměříž a.s. as a member of the Czech Power Industry Alliance expresses support for the letter regarding comments of the Czech Republic on the considered postponement of the announcement of the tender for the completion of a new nuclear source in Dukovany. The company management identifies with virtually the same request.

EKM company, in cooperation with its employees, organized a trip to the Hyundai car factory. The goal of this event, which included a visit to the unusual environment of the Nošovice brewery, was attended not only by employees but also by their family members. The event achieved a historical excursion. The responsible employee also arranged Ostrava, where there was also space for a pleasant sitting.

EKM a.s. successfully defended the Certificate of Quality Management System Review. Statement of the audit company – report from the customer audit to verify the effectiveness of the state of quality against the requirements of the Customer (ČEZ Group) dated Feb 26, 2020 (report no. 32-20) Result: NO NON-CONFORMITIES. Where no requirements for solutions were found. Award for the company management and employees of the company division by the Customer into BUD and requirements of documented quality.

The team of company workers participating in permanent assembly supply activities at the customer for Dukovany NPP participated in the REPLACEMENT IN THE UNIT CONTROL ROOM. Where they performed very high-quality and professional work without deviations and shortcomings, which is appreciated even by the very strict and demanding workers from EDU NPP.

EKM company carried out and secured the delivery of a two-system 6kV switchboard (type series VH6) for the new unit control room for Dukovany NPP. The delivery of such complex equipment was a prestigious matter for EKM due to the high demands of the project technically and legislatively.

Switchboards for heavy operations in the mining sector. Delivery of new (6 pcs) switchboards for Bílina mines. Where the Mines purchased for this investment intent 2018 these switchboards (6 kV) from EKM.

Industrial construction. Execution of work - Substation for Jižní centrum II - contractor OHL ŽS a.s. - subcontractor company EKM a.s. substation for the CENTRAL and WEST region for the contracting company ČEZ Distribuce a.s. EKM a.s. handed over another large project in the past year, fulfilling the 2018 delivery schedule on agreed terms.

Renewal of substations. Realization of the project from YEAR 2018 (construction of SUBSTATION IN DUKOVANY). Construction (NEW EDU SUBSTATION) - provisional and stable deliveries from 09/2018. The contractor for the delivery for the investor Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant was the company EKM a.s.. The deliveries of switchboards were realized for the project supplier EDU engineering.

Visit of CPIA representatives On August 30, CPIA representatives visited EKM. The subject of the visit was the discussion of the specification of sub-components for newly designed technological switchboards.

NPP Certification. On August 10-11, EKM a.s. defended the certificate of Authorization for the production and service of LV switchboards for nuclear power engineering. EKM a.s. is thus granted the authorization of a supplier and installation organization for deliveries to nuclear power engineering.

Granting of KHNP supplier authorization. KOREA HYDRO & NUCLEAR POWER CO., LTD conducted an audit in EKM a.s. and reviewed the quality management system and technical provision of deliveries. After evaluating this audit within the scope of KHNP, EKM was included in the list of approved suppliers of deliveries for KHNP for the period from August 1, 2018 - to August 31, 2021.

Deliveries to Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant. Successful deliveries for the Mochovce nuclear power plant for the Slovak energy plants SE a.s.. The subject of the delivery was block LV 0.4 kV switchboards. For Mochovce nuclear power plant EMO 3 and EMO 4.
